Alifax adopted an organization, management and control model (Model 231) for the prevention of crimes committed in the interest or advantage of the company and has appointed an independent Supervisory Organization, in compliance with the law.
Alifax has also adopted a Code of Ethics, which defines the principles of business ethics that the Company and its employees recognize, accept and promote. Model 231 is both a support tool and a central element of Alifax’s Code of Ethics.
The Supervisory Organization and the other forms of control and monitoring envisaged in the Model 231 are also fundamental elements of the Code of Ethics
As a member of Confindustria Dispositivi Medici, Alifax also adopts the Code of Ethics of the category, as an integral part of the 231 Model.
