With reference to the personal data of which ALIFAX S.r.l., with registered office in 35020 Polverara (PD), Via Petrarca, 2/1, tel. (+39) 049.0992000, will come into possession with the application for employment and attached curriculum, of the correct use of which the aforementioned company is responsible, we inform you of the following:
1. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing of personal data is aimed solely at the management of personnel selection procedures, with storage of data for a specified period in order to maintain a database useful for any recruitment. The processing of personal data is also aimed at all needs arising from legal obligations and the defence of the rights of the owner or third parties in court or equivalent.
2. METHODS AND LEGAL BASES OF TREATMENT
The processing may be carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated tools. The processing is carried out by the single specifically appointed persons responsible for the processing under the supervision and according to the indications of the Data Controller and/or the various specifically appointed persons responsible for the processing. The legal basis of the processing is the execution of pre-contractual measures as requested by the data subject.
3. CONFERMENT OF DATA
The conferment of common personal data (on work/retribution, tax code and personal identification numbers, name, address, contact details, data relating to family and personal situations, education and culture etc.) or even sensitive data, as referred to in this statement, is optional but strictly necessary for the purposes of carrying out the activities referred to in paragraph 1. In case the cancellation/opposition is not legitimately requested, the data will be kept, for the above-mentioned purposes, for a period equal to 12 months from the conferment of the data. The interested party may revoke consent at any time with the consequent immediate interruption of the processing of the data provided.
4. REFUSAL TO PROVIDE DATA
The conferment of personal data referred to in paragraph 3 is optional, but any refusal by the interested party, or incorrect communication of such data, will make it impossible to fulfill the activities referred to in paragraph 1 in adequate terms and within the time required.
5. COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA
Personal data may be communicated for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1 to consultants and freelancers, even in associated form and specifically appointed, external recruitment companies, public / private entities for which the communication was possibly mandatory or necessary in order to comply with legal obligations, constitutional bodies or of constitutional importance. Personal data are not subject to disclosure.
6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Article 7 of the Code and Reg. EU 2016/679 grant the data subject specific rights, including the right to access their personal data and their provision in intelligible form; the interested party also has the right to obtain the updating, rectification (if erroneous), integration (if incomplete) or deletion of data (in case of unlawful processing), data portability (right to receive or have data transmitted to another owner in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format) revocation of consent (if legal basis for processing) transformation into anonymous form or blocking/limitation of data processed in violation of the law; the interested party has the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of data. With reference to the processing of data provided, in the event that the person concerned should identify violations of the legislation on privacy, will have the right to complain to the Privacy Authority. The interested party may exercise its rights by making a request to the owner (also by requesting the latter to receive the appropriate forms and possibly the complete list of designated).
